From Mike the Office Manager 1/15/26:
"Several times a week, callers ask about our service area and usually it's assumed we stick around Port Orchard. In reality, we go all over Western Washington. We have several large rebuild projects way out in Ocean Shores and Aberdeen, we did two roofs in Olympia this week alone, we regularly go to Puyallup, Issaquah, Seattle, and of course Tacoma. Roofing is an industry where you MUST travel a bit so expanding the service area just a few more miles is not an administrative or logistical challenge at all. We go out to the islands (Vashon, Whidbey, etc), we go up and down to the borders with Canada and Oregon, we even go to Forks. The only place we do not generally go is EAST of the Cascades."

From Mike 1/15/26:
"A very frequent caller predicament is 'I'm looking for someone to repair my tile/metal/concrete roof but no one wants to do it. Please tell me you know someone.' My answer is that we do know someone: George, Jonathan, Brandon, and Harry on our team are all capable of doing tile repairs. If you have extra tiles that's great, we will be happy to use them. For metal, it's often advisable to sink new screws and coat the roof and we can do that too. I think the reason a lot of roofing outfits turn these down is not because they lack the skills but because these are generally smaller jobs that take a lot of care and attention and the big companies would just rather go sell a full asphalt-shingle replacement. That's a valid business decision I suppose but it leaves too many people without a repair solution when one is readily available."
